Criminal proceedings and immunities

246. Law enforcement officers, within NPN and KMar, do not enjoy any immunity or other
procedural privilege. No special procedures apply under criminal law in respect of criminal
prosecutions. Military law enforcement officers (KMar) are, in addition to being subject to the Penal
Code, also subject to the Military Penal Code.
